WHY I ESTABLISHED THE EAGLE PLANNING GROUP

For over 30 years I have spent my career in the field of legal support services.  During that time my professional services have included a wide range of specialties requiring client marketing, case management, litigation negotiations, and preparation of legal documents.  I have achieved the coveted and respected credential of nationally Certified Paralegal through NALA.  With this broad experience I have gained considerable knowledge and expertise.   

In recent years, I have come to a significant crossroads in my career. This shift in professional purpose came to me in a very moving and personal way. Because of my knowledge and skills as a paralegal and notary public I found myself called to help loved ones in preparing essential legal documents for family estates.  During these trying times for others I saw how I was able to meet their needs in a sensitive but concrete way.  Not only had I used my professional knowledge, but I came away from these experiences with the feeling of having served others in a very positive way.

That is why I have established the Eagle Planning Group.  While the typical nature of work in litigation can be adversarial, the overriding aim of the Eagle Planning Group is to use my skills and talents as a Certified Paralegal and Notary Public to help prepare documents that will protect and support my clients and their heirs. 

Recognizing the need that some legal self-help websites provide, and provide well, Eagle Planning Group takes that service to a personal level.  Our representatives are not attorneys, CPAs, or fiinancial planners, but we are Registered and Bonded Legal Document Assistants.  We bring you the best of both worlds by helping address your needs -- at an unbeatable value.
