President, William F. Cunningham, Jr. is a Nationally Certified Paralegal, Legal Document Assistant, and Notary Public with over 30 years experience in the legal services field. Prior to this career, he served in the United States Coast Guard and was part of the permanent crew aboard the tall ship, the USCG Barque Eagle.

Bill has served as a volunteer for the Santa Ana Police Department’s Division for Homeland Security and was instrumental in establishing the Santa Ana Police Foundation. He is now the Executive Director of the Police Foundation which shares offices with Eagle Planning Group in the city of Santa Ana. For more information about the Police Foundation, click here.

Bill’s wife, Holly, serves as a Legal Document Assistant for Eagle Planning Group. She has also spent the last 30 years in public service, including the last 13 years as a high school English teacher.

WHY EAGLE PLANNING GROUP?

Although our careers had been centered on litigation and public service, we have found that colleagues, friends and acquaintances began turning to us for help in preparing Estate Planning documents, sometimes under difficult personal situations.  We established Eagle Planning Group with the purpose of providing protection and security for families through estate planning.
